Medical Fitness

Exercising daily plays a vital role in the process of healing and rehabilitation. Physical therapy exercises are used to help facilitate the proper body mechanics and muscle recruitment necessary to regain function and improve mobility. 

​Exercise programs may include stretching, strengthening, balance, joint control, and muscle re-training.  Physical therapy exercises may also incorporate a variety of equipment such as Swiss Ball, Pilates Reformer, Thera-band, Dyna-Disc, treadmill, recumbent cycle, resistive weights, Aeromat, and foam roll.
