IMPORTANT NOTICE Dear valued patients and friends of Perry Physical Therapy, To begin, I would like to sincerely thank you on behalf of myself and my staff for all of the trust you have placed in us over the past 17 years. We have done our best to provide you with the highest level of personal and professional physical therapy services as possible. Taking care of you has been an honor for my staff and me. I am writing this to inform you that Perry Physical Therapy is closed effective April 1, 2024. I have done my best to recover since the onset of the COVID pandemic in 2020, but the past 3 years have proved that I cannot overcome those losses. I have been unable to maintain consistent professional staff, and insurance reimbursements continue to decrease while the costs of running a small business continue to increase. It is for these reasons alone that I have had to make this very difficult decision. Some of you have been our loyal patients from the very beginning while others of you are fairly new to our office. Just know that this is an extremely difficult and sad decision for me as well as for my staff. We consider you part of our Perry PT family. You have many choices in physical therapy providers, and you have decided to choose us. We wish you nothing but the best in the future and feel privileged to have known you all. Norm Perry is running his cash-based practice for any of you who would like to continue with him for counterstrain to address your pain or other issues.
